New Call Center features simplify lead transfer from Call Center to the sales department. Included Territory management, allowing to assign regions to sales reps, reps to regional managers etc. A new, general interface has been created that allows connecting Sprinx CRM to any accounting system.
New Stock keeping functionality introduced in Sprinx CRM 5.07: allowing simple and easy product catalogue management, stock in and stock out transactions and delivery bill printing.
