Simply CallerID
Simply CallerID is a simple, but full featured callerID program. At only $7.00, the program is by far the most affordable on the market. Includes database logging, aliasing, call blocking and various forms of notification that some of the more expensive programs do not have. Forms of notification include: A popup window, balloon tooltip, sound cues and the ability to speak the name of the caller. Aliasing allows the user to display a caller with a name other than that given by the phone company, and the ability tag callers with unique sound and popup graphics. The user can block incoming calls with the push of a button, or program can automatically block certain numbers or names. Setup is easy, with a built in port tester to find an available comm port, and a CallerID modem command tester to find the proper command string for your modem.
